Achievements

A team of four S6 students has participated in this competition from  February to June 2025, designing a board game from scratch with the theme of Global Warming. After two rounds of competitions, the team has created the game, Economic Choices: Climate Crisis and was awarded the Best Theme Award, their wonderful presentation performance during the competition has earned them the Best Presentation Award. 

Congratulations to our school's teacher Ms. Mok WY(莫蘊怡老師), parent Ms. Chan (陳群彩), and 2D student Liu Hsueh-hsi (劉雪晞同學) for being awarded the 2025 "Outstanding Educators, Caring Parents, and Most Improved Students in Kwai Tsing District"! The award ceremony held today at the Buddhist Lin Kam Tin Memorial Primary School was a grand event. Let us all congratulate our teachers, students, and parents! 

The Salesian Family nominated outstanding students from each Salesian secondary school to compete for the Saint John Bosco Award. Nominees must excel academically and demonstrate a spirit of service, inspired by Saint John Bosco. It is our honor to announce that Jasmine Ng from F.6 received the Saint John Bosco Award and a scholarship of $20000 among many other candidates.

During the award ceremony, Jasmine expressed gratitude for the education and nurturing she received from our school over the past six years, which helped her become a confident, independent, capable, and responsible future university student. She especially thanked Mr. Leung Kwong-yung for establishing the award and providing her with financial support. Jasmine will be entering the University of Hong Kong to study dentistry in September.

Jasmine promised to continue striving forward and hopes to become an excellent dentist, contributing to society and improving the quality of life for the public, while embodying the qualities of care and compassion promoted by the Catholic Youth.

Congratulations! Our Students Shine in Tokyo!

We are thrilled to announce that two of our S.5 students competed in the 2025 Asian International Mathematical Olympiad Open Contest Finals held in Tokyo, Japan on August 3, 2025. Demonstrating exceptional mathematical talent and remarkable composure, they excelled in this prestigious international competition!

•    GAN KI KI achieved the Silver Award!
•   CHOY HOI YING won the Bronze Award!

Their success reflects not only outstanding academic ability but also dedication, resilience, and the courage to compete on a global stage. Let’s celebrate their brilliant accomplishments and wish them continued success in the future!

The event is organized by the Hong Kong Economic Journal. The students received a scholarship of HK$1,500.

Congratulations to our S5 student, Tai Hiu Lam, Carmen, for winning the Champion title in the HKICPA Accounting and Business Management Online Quiz Competition 2025! She has also earned a valuable job shadowing opportunity at KPMG.
